Dr. Nasha Winters is the Founder, CEO and visionary of Optimal Terrain Consulting.  For the past 25 years of working in the healthcare industry she has never deviated from “Personalized Medicine.”  Dr. Nasha is constantly pushing the boundaries of excellence in integrative healthcare and focuses her time on writing, publishing, researching and speaking.  Dr. Nasha is passionate about bringing the newest and the best healthcare knowledge, treatments and professionals to the forefront.   She is grateful to be part of a dynamic, knowledgable and heartful team who, together with you, are truly forging  a new definition of health.

Naturopathic Integrative Oncology Consultant

Dr. Kirsten West, ND, LAC is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health. She has completed a naturopathic oncology residency at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Philadelphia. Dr. West earned her undergraduate degree at University of Colorado in Boulder and completed her masters in Acupuncture at The Colorado School of Chinese Medicine.

Since graduating with her medical degree in 2009, she has worked with University of Colorado Hospital’s Integrative Wellness center to facilitate internships for medical students interested in integrative medicine and continues to foster relationships with the conventional and integrative oncology world at large. She spent the majority of her time post-residency working alongside a medical oncologist facilitating patient care as a team. She has since worked in integrative oncology settings alongside medical doctors, nurses, nutritionists and the like and strongly believes in advancing the role of integrative, “terrain-based” oncology care.

Dr. West serves as an Advisory Board member for the Oncology Nutrition Program at the Nutritional Therapy Institute in Denver, CO. Outside of consulting and patient care she writes research reviews for naturopathic medical publications. In addition, she serves as an executive director on the Naturopathic Post Graduate Association (NPGA), is Membership Chair of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP) and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), and the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors (COAND).

Dr. Jade Robins, ND is committed to helping her patients reach optimal health through individualized medicine. She believes that true healing cannot be reached by a one-size fits all approach. Everyone’s path to disease is unique, so why should their treatment be any different?

Dr. Robins is passionate about Nutrigenomics, Naturopathic Oncology, and Environmental Medicine and she utilizes these tools to dig deep in order to identify the root cause of her patient’s condition. She has studied extensively and has been privileged to be taught and mentored by esteemed and highly respected physicians and experts in these fields.

Dr. Robins completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University. She is currently a member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, Naturopathic Academy of Environmental Medicine and Seeking Health Education Institute.
